Itinerary

Day 1 : Arriving in Kathmandu
Kathmandu is the vibrant capital of Nepal and the main gateway for travelers entering the country. Upon arriving in Kathmandu, visitors are welcomed by a lively blend of ancient culture, colorful streets, and the stunning backdrop of the Himalayas. The city is known for its rich history, traditional temples, bustling markets, and warm hospitality.
-
Day 2 : Trip briefing and preparation
Before beginning the trek or adventure, a detailed trip briefing is conducted in Kathmandu to ensure that all travelers are fully prepared for the journey ahead. During this session, the trekking guide or company representative explains the complete itinerary, trekking routes, daily walking hours, altitude details, and important safety guidelines.
-
Day 3 : Rest and acclimatisation day
A rest and acclimatization day is an important part of any high-altitude trek. As trekkers ascend to higher elevations, the body needs time to adjust to the decreasing oxygen levels. Taking a rest day helps prevent altitude-related problems and allows the body to adapt gradually.
